Hypno-CBT®
Karen understands how stress, anxiety, and self-doubt can take hold, shaping the way we see the world and relate to the people around us. Having faced these struggles herself, she knows how overwhelming it can feel—and how difficult it can be to break free from unhelpful patterns.
Her journey into Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT®) began with a deep desire to help others move past the barriers holding them back. In 2022, she trained with the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy, earning a Level 4 Hypno-CBT® qualification—but her learning never stops. She continues to immerse herself in new techniques and approaches, ensuring her clients receive the best possible support.
Karen’s approach is compassionate, understanding, and non-judgemental. She believes that hypnotherapy isn’t about ‘fixing’ people—it’s about helping them reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and feel more in control of their lives.
